QuickMemo+ shouldn't be the culprit. Its the default screenshot app on all LG phones. Ive used it for years and never had an issue. I too just started having full screen ads pop up, which isnt only annoying, its dangerous. I had one pop up while flying my Phantom 4 at the worst possible time...
