Recent content by not a clue

I got a new Galaxy S5, have yahoo mail. I get none of my folders I had on my old phone, I get them on my computer. I see no place to make new folders. I don't understand why they didn't carry over to new phone. I have not downloaded new yahoo mail. Do, I need to do that. Thanks;
