Can I do it? I have a Sony Xperia E1 and it has kitkat issues with the GPS. Apparently a few other phones have the same problem. Now I use the GPS for sat nav as I like to Bluetooth this to my helmet when on the bike. I cant rely on this if it keeps losing GPS contact.

I have the E1 but see no information on it. I may be looking to root later when I get my tablet issue fixed first. Is there any similarities? Reason I ask is if I look at old posts and see information on another Xperia but not the E1 could I follow that information.
