Google play does have AODnotify. As a Realtor I need to KNOW when I miss a phone call or text and do not want to wear a smartwatch. My RN daughter "stole" mine. She likes it because it works for her being on the floor. So anyone who doesn't understand why we want notifications doesn't work...

Note 20 is no longer tap to wake the screen. Have to use the power button to wake. If the call is coming in the screen will wake and you can answer.
