If I put the phone into the cradle while locked, the "always on date and time" stays on. If I put it into the cradle while unlocked, the "night clock" will come on, but the "navigation bar" stays lit bright white, which of course is kind of bright and annoying. This is the stock app that came...

So, this is what I have found......If I put the phone into the cradle UNLOCKED, it will turn on the screensavers, including the clock! The disappointing part now is the bottom navigation bar stays lit. I wonder if there is a way to turn that off?

I tried it plugged in. Same issue. I gave up and downloaded an app. I tried disabling "always on" and that didnt help either.

Yes, I am letting the screen timeout. I look at the clock hours later, and it's still on the always on display, which of course is very small numbers...

Hi all: I cant seem to get a full size clock while on wireless charger. The always on display comes on only. I went into screen saver, and chose "alarm clock", but this does not help. Any recommendations? Am I missing a step? Thanks in advance!

My Phone also did this. I purchased new batteries, and it solved the problem. I am a big Anker battery fan, and thats what I use. If you bought your battery from ebay, maybe it was a fake. Just my 2 cents.

Most likely fake OEM. This happened to me as well on eBay. Very hard to tell, until they wont hold a charge very well. I love Anker batteries, and they stand by them 100%. I will use Anker again, as they have treated me well. Also, you know where your merchandise is coming from too.

This happened to me. Are you using an aftermarket battery by any chance? I purchased counterfeit Samsung batteries on eBay, and they were junk. My phone would shut off when I took a picture. I went with ANKER replacement batteries, and have not had the problem again. ANKER is the best...
