I've had mine into the repair center twice now. Both centers blamed the kitkat update. Did a complete reset on my phone, gave me a newer "gave me a new high amperage" charger and sent me on my way. 2hrs later, it stopped reading the new charger. It was using my kindle charger for about 2 weeks...
