I wiped the cache partition and it didn't work.

Is it possible I'll lose any important files. In that case I'll have to backup some things first. (Pix, pdf's, vids, music)

I just tried unpairing then repairing and still the same problem.

I don't have wifi.

I did a software update on 9/14 and now whenever I connect to my Bluetooth speaker, headphones or stereo the sound cuts in & out and/or the Bluetooth will just disconnect completely. I notice when I move across the room it does this on all 3 devices but when the phone is right next to the device...
