HTC customer service must think the same, they suggested contacting Verizon to see if it was anything on their end.

The only setting that I see restricting to WiFi only is auto update and that is set to update anytime.

Having issues downloading over Verizon 4G LTE network. No problem downloading apps over WiFi. I can download pics, videos and surf web fine over 4g, but not apps. My phone is 4 weeks old and is the Google version. I also am not getting any error codes. It just keeps saying it's downloading but...
