I was able to get my update yesterday after I manaully checked for it. I have it installed, but haven't fully explored any new functionality. One thing I don't like is I am unable to force stop the power manager app. It occupies the top bar in my notifications area and I don't really need it.

I have a 32 GB phone and I had the same problem till last week. I finally called AT&T support. I had to talk to a supervisor as the customer service rep did not know much about the Android versions. The supervisor tried to force an update on my phone, which failed 3 times. Finally he tried again...

Yes, I am also interested in the fix for this. I have Pebble notifier and my 'Swipe to unlock' into an app does not work when that is enabled.
