    I spoke with 2 reps before sending out my phone, and both said the accessories are not to be packed in the box. The box is for phone only.

    Dropped off mine just now. Called Samsung before dropping to confirm the IMEI on my ticket since that's how they'll track returns and send refund checks. Now we wait !!!

    Through UPS My Choice. They notify if any shipment is coming your way via UPS.

    I called them last wednesday. Just received a message from UPS that a package from Stericycle is coming my way tomorrow. Finally. So i guess around 1 week is the time it's taking for most people to get the box.
