Ok so I finally got my phone, just canceled my preorder and got the one in stock. They were able to retain all credit but will need to confirm Samsung ones.
Yes though the best buy in Seattle tells me that the issue might take longer to fix, pre-ordered specifically. I am cancelling my pre order and trying to get one in stock. I think all pre order credit should still be valid as per other folks.
Mine says " ordered received" now, no estimated date yet. I stopped by yesterday at BB, got ping ponged for 30 mins between mobile people to ready to pickup to few others. Note I ordered on 10th, Aura glow, Verizon.
