I got one the other day. And I had the same thing. I fixed mine. After the update, I went into my messages and deleted all my texts. And*now I'm receiving as I should. I'm using the stock message app. I receive mms and sms good now.

I replaced my motherboard my self, You buy them on eBay. I just bought a phone with a busted screen and pull the board out of it and installed it in my phone. Works great.!! Posted via Android Central App

I have an extra VX, and it will not stop bootlooping. It will boot all the way up and run run for about 15 sec, then start rebooting again. The boatloader is unlocked and it has a custom Rom....problem just started. Posted via Android Central App

It booted up actually. But it still just freezes and reboots. I got it in bootloader and I'm putting the RUU back on. The 4.2.2.
