You probably have the same issue as way too many ppl here: Bad battery. Just go to the shop where you bought the phone, and they'll give you a new battery for free.

Go Settings > More > Security and scroll down. There should be heading called "Device administration" If there is any checked boxes, you should be able to uncheck them and remove the PIN lock after that.
