Just an update for me - I got a Pie update on my Samsung 9 (Verizon) last night and now the issue has 'magically' disappeared from my TicWatch Pro Still running Wear 2.2 and Android OS 8.0.0 on the Watch - but the annoying error has gone away.

I am on 8 , and the issue is on the Watch - not the phone - After Factory Reset and reinstalled everything - still not working Again - This is a System update on the Watch - I am suspecting it is a TicWatch level issue.

I am having the same issue - just started today - i have tried everything I can think of -even a Disconnect and reset of the watch - - still same error. so the Factory reset of the watch did - not - work. I am guessing it is a bad system update - perhaps a new one will show up at a later time -...
