That's not the point. The point is that the "update" made my battery life MUCH, MUCH worse, with no other changes. It's crap, and I should have an option to roll back, but I don't.

So I did a factory reset last night. Will report back when I have more info. So far, not looking good. I'm about an hour and a half from having unplugged my phone at 100%, and I'm already down to 87%.

No duplicate contacts, neither of those apps installed. Looks like some people over on xda developers are having the exact same issue.
