Ok rephrasing the question, can the razr be unlocked to use on another carrier outside of verizon or with verizon through a pre paid monthly card?

Is it possible to root a razr to use a boost or other service prepayed monthly card?

I have talked to numerous ppl and visited the play store. I have not found 1 razr user who is able to make flash work. Full youtube isnt working, porn sites rendered useless etc. This is also across other phones but especially the droid razr.
