I'm using the default Google txt app on my G7 but don't hear the text msgs I receive. I didn't see anything in my settings prohibiting this. Is there a hidden setting somewhere I'm missing? Thanks

The brightness setting? I leave it alone all day until the night time. It always sees so dim at night, so I jack it up to about 45-50%. But it's only like that for about 15 minutes top. Then I normally don't touch the phone again til next morning.

I've only had my Moto G7 Power for about a week now. I've noticed that at night, when I set the alarms on my phone for the next morning, the brightness level dims to almost zero, even though I have it set at nearly 50%. This has happened every night so far. is this normal? Thanks Joe

You are correct. The problem wasn't/isn't my G7 Power. Its with the phone I was sending the gifs from (to my G7). The program I use to make the GIFs is on my old Iphone and I sent them to my Motorola. Thank you for your answer.
