I pre ordered the Note 7 online through sprint and I was supposed to get a $50 giftcard. I filled out the form and sent it in ages ago and haven't heard anything. Anyone else in my position? Does anyone know who I should contact I'm not sure if it was through sprint or who.

I ordered my note 7 online and they said that since their credit card systems were different they would have to send me a check for the price of the note.
