I still use the caveman tool for work, its just that a tool. But as far as learning your device, besides playing with it I would say read the forums and watch youtube videos relating to your questions or device. You'll pick it up, it isnt that difficult.
They should be able to correct this immediately. I'd ask for credit and all sorts of stuff for pain and suffering.
Also, at&t is in enough trouble to think of revoking grandfathered unlimited data plans. Only reason I'm staying with them still, and I'm sure there are many on the same boat.

Yes it does, so far I see the usual green and orange when charging. One thing I noticed is that when its charging and the led is orange and you get a message it wont show green. Cant recall if this was the same on my inspire as I ran cm7 and I had led notification options to force them. Not used...
If youre an htc fan, like myself , than definitely get this. Its an upgrade, not jaw dropping but by htc/at&t standards it is an upgrade :)
Definitely feels a bit snappier and screen looks crispier, I like it so far compared to my htc inspire.
