I would think since the contract was not completed, it wouldn't be hit with the $20 increase. That's how I'm reading it. With extension of contracts, they're not completed but just extended.

Yea I'll try again. They said that different accounts had different promotions so I was wondering since I have the 700 min nationwide family plan, it was different for me. They said new promotions usually appear at the start of your billing cycle.

I just tried once by calling and once by chat and they didn't have the promotion for me. Should I keep trying? I'm on the nationwide 700 min family plan.

Do you know when the promotiin to extend contract expires? My contract ends end of the year and I was going to call a few weeks before then to maximize the length.

So I just wanted to confirm. The 100 txt or 100 min loyalty promo 1 year extension doesn't stack to my current contract? My contract ends 9/2016. So should I call about the extension maybe 8/2016 to make the most of out my extension? Also I have unlimited txt so how does that work when asking...
