I think this should be adding the Knock Code, not just knock on. I got the update, but can't locate knock code settings for the life of me.

Came here with this exact problem, so far nothing helpful on Google either since the term "On-Screen Phone" is so generic, and even with the quotation marks I get results like "My phone's screen is stuck on." Hopefully someone comes along with a good answer :)

Could just be a loose cable. My car charger seems to fit find, but will only actually charge my G2 when pushing the connection the correct way. All my other cords work fine and fit way snugger.

Off topic for the original post (Though I did have a similar problem, but a factory reset solved it for me)... I've tried the "check for update" to receive the OTA, as well as the PC Suite checks for the kitkat update, but have not had any luck. I've even tried the clearing Google Services...

Any luck yet? I'm still waiting my self...

Anyone else not having luck getting the PC Suite to recognize there's an update? I just keep getting: Latest version is already installed. Latest version: D80110G I've tried rebooting both my PC and phone, and still haven't gotten anything. Is this a staggered release?
