just noticed this same thing today....hope there's an easy fix.

I followed the XDA instructions for unroot. Worked great.....waiting now for the OTA update.

I don't have a custom recovery installed. I was thinking about doing that tonight and then load KK that way. Which way is the preferred method to load a new ROM? I guess if I download the rom and install it my self I will still have root access and more control. thoughts?

Will a factory reset wipe the device and remove root access so KK can be installed thru OTA? thanks,

So - I have been rooted for about three weeks. I really like being able to remove the bloatware and ẗweak? some things......Last night I realized there was a 57 meg carrier update. Once downloaded , it rebooted and I got an error saying the device is suspected of being rooted. Once kitkat is...
