They are stored in: Internal memory/SnoteData/ and have the file extension .spd I sync this folder to my computer every day for backup.

I use Hacker's Keyboard and i can highly recommend it, it has the same layout as a real keyboard with all the symbols and everything.

I agree with unicorn, you should try using an usb-hub with external power supply.

Ive always used touchwiz on my S3 and when i got Note 3 i did the same thing in the beginning but now i use Nova launcher to get homescreen in landscape mode. So ive adjusted nova to look like touchwiz but with landscape ;)

Use nova launcher, you can costomize it too look just like touchwiz plus it works in landscape without any problems. Allthough im with you on the part that it is way to big on a tv/screen. It would be great if there was a launcher that adjusted the phone to tablet mode when connected to mhl.
