    Why am I not able to enable wifi or Bluetooth on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4?

    The switches don't turn on when I turn them on, the switches not changing colors to green it stay grayed out. It automatically go back to the lock position in few seconds on their own I need a help please How can I solve this problem on my phone
