I tried to upload video from another account but same phone and video was uploaded without this line...but from my account this green line appears

Ok I uploaded video on YouTube and video was without this green line...but why on instagram appears this line..

I don't know..I have never uploaded videos on YouTube or Facebook..

I wrote on this email but I did not get a reply....No I don't use InstaSize and other apps when upload videos on instagram...

yes this green line appears when I upload any videos from my phone on instagram,this line visible when I watch videos from computer I don'know is this visible from any devices...maybe problem with my account...I don't know...Screenshot
