I haven't tried the feature (don't have a SIP account), but it's definitely there. I want to point out out that this is a leak of the OTA that Sprint will be pushing out around the Evo3D release(June?). It has Sense 1.0, but I imagine it will have Sense 2.0 at release. TMartin and Virus over at...

As far as native voip, i'm not sure what you mean exactly. Skype, google voice and tango all work fine.

Have you tried the TMartinPPC rom? It's an official HTC leak and 100% stable. Looks nearly identical to a stock evo with subtle differences. Biggest difference is the battery, I'm going on 32 hours and counting.
