I had this issue with post ICS replacement #2.

If you have this, or any issue from the ICS update, you should request a replacement. There's no better way to get this thing fixed than requesting replacements.

I attempted to download an attached file to my email last night, during which my network connection was lost thanks to the flawless ICS update we all got. Since then, this download has been sitting in my notification bar doing nothing. Long-pressing on it does nothing. Short-pressing on it...

I got some good shots of the browser insanity over the weekend, in case anyone is wondering what this looks like. I've had two phones now with this issue. I don't think I'll install the OTA on my third one because of it.

This is where I'm at too. I'm going off of the full size RUU (599mb) and it doesn't pick it up in HBOOT. I tried selecting Recovery and that just goes to a screen with a phone with a red exclamation point over it.

I tried Nova, found it had a lot of refresh/redraw instances. Currently on Apex.

Thank god someone else is experiencing this. It is horrendous. It's like in the old days when Google Maps would load in the browser in blocks at a time on your desktop, until filling in the whole map. That's what I'm experiencing, but in the browser. Every browser.
