After how Weather Bug discontinued their paid app several years ago, I vowed to never give them another penny.

I'm so bummed, I've been using Dark Sky IMO it's the best and most accurate weather app. Of course the evil empire is shutting it down on June 1st for Android users. Any suggestions on a clean weather app that isn't riddled with ads?

To drag and drop I'd need to have it physically connected to my computer (I should have clarified over WiFi). I think the ES privacy concerns are a bit overblown but it is concerning that it hasn't made it back to the play store.

I've been using ES File Explorer Pro to transfer files from my computer to my phone but when the Android 10 upgrade happens the way it containerizes app storage it won't work. Are there any options for 10? Oh, and rooting isn't an option.

Dark Sky, it's a subscription but less than $3 per year. It's the most accurate weather app I have.

I'm upgrading even though I love the Note 8. The main reason is because it should have low band support for T-Mobile. If I didn't need it I might hold out for the 10.

I'm having the same problem. Clear data and the time is correct then allow location services and the time reverts back. It works fine on my Note 5 but the 8 uses The Weather Channel and the 5 uses AccuWeather,im not sure if it makes a difference.

So I'm having a similar yet unique problem. My daughter had an ipod touch with imessage and no phone number associated with it. I bought her an S8 but she cannot text or receive texts from people with iPhones. I've changed email address on the Apple ID with out any luck. Any suggestions?

It should ask for a password that you selected when you setup your fingerprint. If you're using Swiftkey I had issues because I had a symbol in my password but switching to the stock keyboard worked.

It just seemed like a lot and wasn't sure you were getting the features of the Note with that much customization. T-Mobile isn't as bad but they do have their share of bloatware.

That is a lot to disable. What made you buy the Note 5 over say a Nexus if you disable a lot of the things that makes it a Note?

Thanks. I've tried that and it continues to be a problem. As I've been thinking about this I wonder if it has something to do with they are using it on restricted profiles and maybe that's causing the issue. I'll have see if I can get it to work on the main profile when I get home.
