Hi. I've had this problem also. I just left best buy. The Samsung rep recommend a high speed microSD card. I was using a class 4 card and purchased a class 10 card. The Class 10 card has been working - - - no more rebooting. Hope this is the answer. Good luck! Mine is working so far. So...
