How can I set a wallpaper to the lock screen?

I've been using the camera mod for about 2 weeks and must say I am very happy with it. I find it performs much better with 3rd party camera apps such as camerlingo and zoom fx.

I am having an issue with OTG storage where as only the stock file manager sees the OTG sd card, I use ES file explorer pro and this does not detect the OTG storage. Any ideas why this is?

Any way to get a dark theme for the settings menu, etc? Themes are one of the things I really liked about samsung phones. I use different launchers, but, none of the themes are system wide.
