    Fix for PC not recognizing Note 4 via usb

    If your PC will not recognize your note 4 via usb connection, download samsung sidesync app from the playstore. this will fix your issue, and you can easily transfer files from and to your phone via a windows explorer window.

    This is not a question but a possible solution for NO USB DETECTION (ANDROID 7.0 OR HIGHER)

    go to playstore and download samsung sidesync. this will allow you to see the hd of the device properly on your pc. it installs the correct drivers. at least it worked for me.
