Yeah--I called several local repair shops, and they were either lukewarm or non-plussed about doing the repairs with supplied parts, even though OEM. One guy quoted me about $350. So it looks like on to the next Huawei for me....! Thanks!

I'm not a frequent poster, and I don't churn phones like I used to--but my opinion is the Huawei. Politics notwithstanding, it's the best I've found. Leica lenses, great in low light, manual options. Look up reviews on the Mate 20 and the P30 Pro.

Thanks, @getbretweir! I did order 2 spigen cases and a protector. I know about the screens. I've to replace a couple of screens in the past and the touch functions are never the same.

Thanks! The weather widget was preloaded in the themer themes. I'll see if I can figure out which one. I know themer integrates zooper well.

Themer, Morena icons. Sort of new to droid, but not that new. Changed out themes etc couple years ago but went back to iPhones. now just learning this all over again.
