Got the update for my S8 (Australia) and when I'm on a call the phone just drops out. It's not a tower problem, but a problem with the phone. First drop out is usually somewhere between 8-10 minutes into a phone call and subsequent dropouts between 4 and 6 minutes. It's not just my S8, either...
