It sounds to me like you're just watching sub-1080p quality videos, whether it's because it's not available in 1080p the quality is being throttled because of your bandwidth. It's kinda like watching a DVD on your 1080p TV, of course it's gonna look bad. For me videos look great on this phone...

Can somebody do a pros/cons of doing a clean install -> update vs. just installing the update? If it's highly recommended I wipe my phone first, I'll do it, but honestly if there isn't any big downsides I'd rather just straight up update. Thanks.
