Finally got to the bottom of it. I found out that the dealership somehow lowered the guidance volume to 0, so the voice commands would come up but i couldnt hear them. Its all working now. Thank you for the help!

I agree completely. I'm going to try the call features. It just seems like the texting is where its hung up. Sending and reading texts do not work.

Seems like I'm getting closer. Disabling S Voice allows me to "OK Google, take me to work" and the navigation comes up immediately. I may need to find a list of commands to see what I can actually do with voice The issue now only comes down to reading of messages. If I receive a text, i can...
