Well, its not breaking any laws and its just dual purpose on something they give you for free. I have one on my keys for the rewards and one in my car phone holder for opening my car dashboard....if its any consolation, I always buy something if im going to get a new one. sent from my s3...you...

So, just a little note. I figured out a really cheap way (free) to get nfc tags. There are certain stores and gas stations that give what they call a "pit pass" it essentially is for a customer rewards system for everytime you buy something you get redeemable points. Well, you can ask for one...
