This successfully stops updating them. It does NOT remove already synced photos. I do not believe that the FB albums can be deleted at this point in time. I found "Picasa Sync" files in (internal SD) Android/data/com.sec.android.gallery.3d/cache - and CAN delete those. I cannot find FB...
