    "The device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected."

    This is a really simple fix actually. 1: Disconnect your phone from the PC. 2: Unlock the lock screen on the phone. 3: Connect the phone to the PC. 4: Start the file transfer before the screen locks. Done! Hope this helps!
