I was having the same issue. For me it's the wifi draining. I closed the tablet down docked at 89% batt for the dock and 100% for the tablet. I 'woke' it up 24 hrs later with the wifi off the whole time and it was at 87% and 97%. Before (when leaving the wifi on) it would drain the dock...
