Resetting your predictive text dictionary
On my Note2 it is: Settings Language and Input Samsung Keyboard (I use the default rather than Skype or Google Voice.) Predictive text - the on/off button is to the right. Delete personalized data (from user. yes) Restart seems to have worked. Hope this helps.- ozdawg99
