    Okay finally did the Factory Reset by using the power, upper vol etc and through the os. It has rebooted but I haven't gone any further with it as I need to prepare it for my wife, not me.     NO, I bought it maybe 10 years ago when Note 8 was new. Hasn't been used with Sim for maybe 6 months since I bought a G22. I have removed all accounts, Google, Samsung etc so what is this 'guest' account. It has always been my one and only account.
