Funny you should mention it, my navigation is doing the same thing and is also coming up with that message, "Checking Navigation Availability". Hopefully it will work later.... I've only had the phone for 5 hours so maybe by 10pm it will work?

Does anyone know if you use an upgrade at somewhere other than Verizon, for example at Costco if you'll get the upgrade back if the phone is returned? I want to get something to hold me over until the next wave of 4g phones arrive (Thunderbolt) but don't know how the upgrade process works. Thanks!
