I have found the problem. My battery is swollen. I have noticed the when it is in the phone it cures my screen a bit and when turned off, the refections I see on the screen are deformed. I will now need to either buy a new one or ask samsung for replacement.

Yes, I have just read that they are replacing the defectives swollen batteries for free. But I am now looking for a battery that fits perfectly in the phone and is more efficient and last longer that the official samsung battery. Thank you.

Same thing is happening with me. Since this week my phone has just been randomly shutting down. And when I plug it in to charge, it shows as if battery is at %0 and then after a couple of seconds as if it is at the percentage it was before shutting down.

Apparently is wasn't as far fetched as I though because that was the problem I had to use 4.2.2 firmware instead of 4.3.

I am trying to unroot my phone. But when I put my phone in download mode and then connect it to the computer with the original samsung cable, it doesn't connect. But the odin COM box turns blue. Then I add the PDA and it buffers. When it stop loading I click on start and the it just says FAIL...
