yeah, its to turn off the screen while on a call, so that you do not accidentally press any buttons.

No Lock works perfect. useful app, and its free!

having the same issue but only with a few contacts, not all of them. the best way to save contacts on android is using your gmail account, simple and very very easy to set up when you switch phones.
