Can I get some help with how to do that. I have tried flashing but the device wont show up in windows.

Hi My Zenfone 2 is bricked, I need some help if possible please. When my phone got bricked I pulled out the sd memory card and this made no difference. Here is what happens. If I power the phone on it loads the Asus logo and sits in a boot loop with the loading wheel spinning, nothing loads...
