    just tested mine and was able to rename a file on the sd using file manager and i am on kitkat.

    This is a definite issue with 4.3. If you try the charger again later it will not work again. There is no reason we should have to reboot every time you want to charge the phone.

    when i plug in the charging i hear the tone when its plugged in but the battery icon does not display the lightning bolt.

    I noticed the same thing using a micro usb wall charger that i always used before the update. It is not the charger that came with the phone.

    I see the same thing on my S4. One block it is 4G and the next block it switches to 3G.

    Anyone else notice the active apps manager widget does not always show that apps are running with nova?
