Just checked and is updating now.

AT&T had to put a special SIM in my phone at the store for me to be able to download and use the ISIS app. They said my phone had to be provisioned in my account to work. I tested my phone right away and the first sim didn't work. They swapped in another sim and that on worked flawlessly...
