I would like to be able to access my cameras via my home network wirelessly over my phone but can't. I haveto turn off my network connection and use verizon's. Is there a way I can do this?

We are an ISP and one of our cust. is having a problem with his intuition connecting to his cameras. Its weird-he can connect to them via the local address with the WIFI turned OFF and using the verizon network but with WIFI turned ON he cannot access them. I would like to have it so he can...
