I have Samsung galaxy note 2, GT-N7105. My carrier is MTN Cyprus. I got a message to update my android o's and I did. Now I see applications from Vodafone - not my carrier! The apps don't work of course but I cannot remove them! And when I check for new updates I see the attached pic...

thank you for your response I was talking about using apps on data connection (any) and using apps over wifi. Only wifi was working I called the carrier, they fixed it for me. There were some settings left from my previous phone, a blackberry Now it works!
