Correct, the folder is present regardless of which app is being used to browse files. The three-dot options are the standard move/copy/delete etc options. The folder is empty even with hidden files visible.

Thanks for the welcome and advice :) I didn't even realize Android had safe mode. Learned how to use it and found the folder indeed gets created even in safe mode.

Hello :) This folder showed up a while ago, and I can't identify where it came from. If I delete it, it just shows up again. What is it? I use Android 12 on a Skylight Elite C63. Attached are images of the folder in question and all the apps I have installed. Thanks :)
